All requests for tickets and ticket purchases from PremierSeats.com, whether by internet, phone or in-person, are subject to these Terms and Conditions. When you request or purchase tickets from or through PremierSeats.com you are confirming that you have fully read these Terms and Conditions, and agree to them.
1. About PremierSeats.com
PremierSeats.com is a ticket service that has been in business since 1990. We offer a marketplace to access tickets through our network of suppliers, which include ticket brokers and individual sellers. We do not own all the tickets we offer. They are owned, fulfilled and shipped by the party listing the ticket – which may on occasion include PremierSeats.com. Once confirmed, your order will be covered by our PremierSeats.com Guarantee.
2. All Sales are Final
Please only order tickets after you are sure that you want them and have read and understood all of PremierSeats.com's Terms & Conditions. Also make sure the tickets you order are for the correct event and event date; you cannot cancel your order, change or exchange your tickets if you do order incorrectly, or if your plans change or your ability to attend an event changes. If you decide that you want to change your tickets after they are ordered, we do not provide refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
